    MIDWEST: Thanks to a stretch of hot and dry weather, the corn crop here in central Missouri has sure changed over the last two weeks. Fields of corn that were already showing stress from nutrient deficiency, compaction, and other issues lost a lot of the color they had before this last round of heat and moisture stress.
