Alert: Pests Spotted in Texas – Blacklands

May 22, 2017

Texas – According to entomologist Dr. David Kerns, in cotton and corn there have been sightings of:

  • Thrips
  • Flea Hoppers
  • Corn Earworms

To hear more about the pests and management solutions, listen to Dr. Kerns’ Pest Patrol update.

For fields that have reached threshold levels and haven’t experienced thiamethoxam resistance, consider Syngenta insecticides like Centric® and Besiege®.
